By engaging HashedBridge for any service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We provide web development, IT support, and IT audit services as described in individual project proposals or service agreements.
Project work: 50% deposit upfront, 50% upon completion, unless otherwise agreed. Hourly work: invoiced weekly or monthly, payable within 14 days.
Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and deliverables created for you become your property.
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent.
We perform all work with professional care. However, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption.
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
